1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Suitor / Sought mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Platform Role & No Agency
Suitor, LLC (“Company”) is a technology platform only.
- We do not provide companionship, employment, escorting, dating, or personal services
- We do not supervise, control, endorse, or guarantee any user or interaction
- Users act independently and at their own discretion
Nothing in this App creates:
- Employment
- Agency
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Fiduciary duty
between the Company and any user.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate information
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Your conduct
- Your safety
- Your communications
- Any in-person meetings
- Any payments or disputes
The Company does not conduct background checks and makes no representations about user behavior.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may NOT:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Solicit or provide sexual services
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Misrepresent identity
- Circumvent payment systems
- Use the App for human trafficking, prostitution, or coercion
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party processors
- The Company retains a platform service fee
- The Company is not responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or user dissatisfaction
7. SOS Feature Disclaimer
The SOS feature is provided as a convenience only.
- It does not guarantee emergency response
- The Company is not liable for failure, delay, or outcome of emergency services
8. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that in-person interactions involve inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, or loss.
You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suitor, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Emotional distress
- Criminal acts by users
- Lost profits or data
- Any indirect or consequential damages
If liability is found, it shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid to the Company in the last 12 months, whichever is less.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suitor, LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your interactions
- Your violation of law
- Your breach of these Terms
11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Virginia, under AAA rules.
You waive:
- Jury trials
- Class actions
- Collective proceedings
12. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

User Acknowledgment
By using the App, you expressly agree:
- I understand Suitor, LLC is not responsible for my safety
- I release Suitor, LLC from any claims arising from interactions with other users
- I assume all risks associated with meetings, communications, and activities
- I understand the App does not provide supervision or protection
I knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to bring claims against Suitor, LLC except where prohibited by law.

- We do not sell personal data
- We do not monitor private interactions in real time
- We do not guarantee user identity verification
